How do I cancel my orders before I make a payment?

You can go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified. 

When will my order be processed?

All orders placed will be processed within 2 to 5 days. The approximate delivery time commences once your order has been processed. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

Shipping time varies by location. For more information on our delivery and shipping time please refer to our Delivery Information page. If you experience delays in receiving your order, Contact Us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order. 

Is shipping free?

Yes! We do offer FREE shipping on all orders! We won't charge you for the shipping costs. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We provide Free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you. Please visit our Delivery Information page for more info.

What about customs?

What are my shipping options?

We ship our jewellery by trusted carriers like e-Packet, DHL and EMS, depending on the destination and the delivery method you have chosen. Please visit our Delivery Information page for more info.

How can I track my orders & payment?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from method of your choice.

Do you have exchange policy?

No. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchange given our low prices.

What is your Return policy?

Your satisfaction is our first priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy page for more info.
