Return and Refund Policy

Order cancellation

You can only cancel your order before you make a payment. Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds once payment is verified. 

Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can submit refund requests. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (ie. order number). Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over £40 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchange given our low prices.
